Back...

Am now back into blogging after neglecting my blog into blank space for a hibernation period.. Somehow, am a person who keeps my thoughts and feelings to myself.

Recounting, i have served 8 months of National Service thus far. In retrospect, i'm bewildered if i have spent my life fruitful or i'm just wasting my life away. I still remembered the enjoyable and forever learning period was during my internship. Each day, i sigh, if i can regain the fun and enriching part of my life. The answer is no. I'm confined with crappy regimentation, directive, rules and regulations! There is no freedom to search for something eye-opening, unlike in the world out there.

Still remember, i wake up each day with a plan and full of energetic motivational drive to work during my internship. Now, i'm forcing myself to drag out of bed and go to camp with purposeless plan. No motivational drive at all.

Each day, i have been tempted to head home early when i have no task to fulfil. I'm just sick and tired, not physically tired but mentally tired!

Sigh...

Anyway, went on off today. Met up with my customer, Paul Wee, to help him with his office relocation. His company is due to relocate on coming thursday. Went down to his new office, hardly any ample space for movement as his office furniture had arrived then. Well, my primary task was wait for the delivery of a small server rack which i had ordered for him.

However, not wanting to waste my time waiting, decided to help him with the arrangement of the furnitures. You know, it's embarrassing and awkward to see people engaged heavily and you're just sitting one corner staring into space. In a way, offering a value-added service to him.. hahaha.. Hey, when people is happy with your service, they will spread via words of mouth..

Offered my help the entire afternoon, made me felt part of the company.. hahaha.. like a family to their company. Anyway, he was grateful that i offered my help voluntarily. I have never treated him as a customer-supplier relationship. I have always treated him like a friend.

Around 1730hrs, i headed to collect 20 over pieces of hard disks. To my atonishment from a eleventh hour information, ACER wiped out the entire stocks of WD Hard disks. I was confused, but my quick reaction led me to inform my customers of the shortcoming.

Settled with that cold-sweating moment, headed to Plaza Singapura to meet Luke to pass him a CD and followed by a dinner at Hotel Royal to celebrate my grandfather's (maternal's side) birthday. Can't recall if he's 78 or 79 this year.. hehe.. Nevertheless, i remember my childhood vividly been taken care by my maternal grandparents. Remember the times spent at my grandfather's tyre's shop, going to the market with grandparents, going on car rides, been fetched to tuition by my grandfather..
